    25 YEARS OF HISTORY

    Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards has been honouring excellence in dance music for over 24 years. Held annually during the closing week of the Ibiza summer season the DJ Awards is attended by the most famous and successful DJs on the planet including aft Daft Punk, Fernandisco, Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx, and Carl Cox For 19 years the iconic event was held at Ibiza super club Pacha before celebrating its 20th anniversary at the worlds no1 club HI Ibiza. On the back of this success of 2024 the team are returning to Chinois in October, launching DJ Awards USA in Miami December 2025 and producing the Legends Tour in February 2026 to celebrate the 25th anniversary, which will see the winners of the last 25 years (the greatest DJ’s the world has ever seen) all play for the greatest party the world has ever seen on board the Orient Express.

As we gear up to celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2026, this homecoming is more than just a venue change—it’s a statement of intent. Pacha is where it all began, where legends were crowned, and where the soul of the DJ Awards was forged. This year’s event will honour the past, celebrate the present, and set the stage for the future—with a global expansion that includes new destinations, new formats, and a renewed commitment to championing the culture, community, and creativity at the heart of dance music.     ART BASEL WEEKEND MIAMI AT FAENA HOTEL

    For the first time in its history, the DJ Awards is expanding beyond Ibiza, bringing its prestigious celebration of excellence in electronic dance music culture to the USA in 2025. The inaugural DJ Awards USA will take place at the stunning Faena Hotel in Miami on Friday, December 5th, marking an exciting new chapter for the event. As the latest addition to the Art Basel Miami phenomenon, this milestone occasion will bring together the industry’s leading artists, innovators, and influencers to honor the very best in dance music across the United States.

    LEGENDS TOUR

    FEB 12- 16 ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS

    For its 25th anniversary, the DJ Awards presents The Legends Tour: La Dolce Vita Edition—a three-night luxury music adventure aboard the iconic Orient Express La Dolce Vita, travelling from Rome to Matera and finishing in Maratea. This unforgettable journey will showcase the very best of Italy through a curated blend of stunning landscapes, exquisite cuisine, and world-class DJ performances in unique, breathtaking locations. Set to become an annual signature event, the tour will expand each year—adding more cabins and suites, additional cities, and an even bigger lineup of legendary DJs. In 2027, the route will grow to include Istanbul, creating a pan-European experience that redefines what it means to celebrate dance music in style. La Dolce Vita isn’t just a train ride—it’s the beginning of a new era for the DJ Awards: where timeless glamour meets cutting-edge sound in one of the world’s most exclusive music adventures.
